And in the event of any service failure, our skilled system administrators will be notified instantly and they will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of your data is really important – you never know when something can go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services package, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies are always retained on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. This means that your data will always be protected, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are harder to run and may require some additional setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services option can help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – which means you’ll be able to literally employ one of our qualified server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him solve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
